The apartment enjoys east-facing views over the pool area and has a sea view. It is comprehensively equipped with all necessary items and is maintained to a very high standard well above the norm for rented accommodation. The apartment has recently been fitted with new bathrooms and a new kitchen.
The balcony, which and enjoys the morning and early afternoon sunshine, has windows that slide fully open in the summer, making it comfortable all year round. This apartment is significantly larger than most others in the community because it is a corner apartment with twin aspect.

Location gives excellent sea views, and is 4 minute walk from town centre and Balcon
Fuentes de Nerja is a centrally situated private complex overlooking Torrecilla Beach. The complex is peaceful and well kept, and is renowned for being the best run complex in Nerja.
This area is fast becoming as popular as that of Burriana Beach, with the added advantage of being only a few minutes' stroll from the town centre. A short walk takes you to the bustling old part of the town with the Balcón de Europa, a favourite site with local people and visitors alike.
The Fuentes development is a moderately-sized complex of low rise one and two bedroom apartments, located within a safe gated area, complete with fountains and a large communal pool surrounded by grass. Each building is served by a lift and ramps, making it suitable for children, the elderly and the disabled.

What can you expect at night-time
In an effort to maintain the quality of the accommodation, I will only accept reservations from a responsible adult who will also be one of the party for the entire duration of the stay.
If you want a busy nightlife with lots of action, then this apartment is not for you. Nerja is not a good resort for young revellers. I seek clients who will respect the accommodation and our neighbours.
If you want a very peacful summer holiday with no noise at all then you should not book accomodation in a Spanish town. Spain comes to life in the long summer evenings and both the Spanish and the holiday makers enjoy good food, wine and conversation in the many local bars and reataurants.
Sorry, no pets and no smoking inside the apartment. Smoking on the balcony is fine.

Making payments and collecting keys
When you reserve the apartment for the period you require, you will need to make a 25% deposit payment by cheque or bank transfer.
When you collect the keys on arrival from the managing agent, you will be asked to make the balance payment.

Location just 45 minutes from Malaga airport
Malaga airport to Nerja by car takes approx. 45 mins (50kms from Malaga). Taxis are easily available at the airport (75€) or you can take a bus from Malaga. There is an excellent bus service between Nerja and other charming local towns and villages such as Frigiliana, Cómpeta and Velez Malaga.
Granada, the Alhambra and the Sierra Nevada ski resort are just 2 hours drive by car.

Golf courses close to Nerja
There is a superb golf course, just 10 minutes away by car, called Baviera golf. www.bavieragolf.com
It enjoys excellent coastal views, is always in superb condition and has some very challenging holes.
You will love playing this course and costs during this summer (2007) are 75€ for buggy and 2 players.
There are many other great courses in the area making it ideal for golf parties.
Visiting the Andalucia region
The area of Andalucia (also spelt Andalusia) is well-served by golf courses, marinas and all types of leisure facilities plus six hundred kilometres of sandy beaches and huge unspoiled natural areas with an extraordinary range of flora and fauna.
Andalucia is said to have the best year round climate in the world making outdoor pursuits such as golf, walking, riding and mountain bicycling popular with locals and visitors alike, and these are well-catered for throughout the area.
For an authentic taste of Andalucian rural life there are many delightful coastal towns and inland villages to explore. The tradition of watching the world go by from a pavement café or tapas bar remains a popular ways to pass the time.
The city of Malaga is the capital of the province, a charming city with leafy avenues and excellent shopping.
Food lovers will relish the many culinary treats typical of the area and on the coast you will find the finest fresh fish and seafood available in abundance.
